Technologies
3V Function
This function allows the user, via the 3-lead ECG cable, to monitor less critical or more stable patients without unnecessary consumption of defibrillation paddles. It ensures complete safety as its artificial intelligence continuously verifies the patient’s cardiac state, alarming the user when a cardiac arrest situation is detected.
Auto Function
Available in LED or LCD versions, this function is specifically designed for use by the lay public, operating 100% automatically. It covers everything from patient assessment to the application of shock therapy, if necessary, based on the clinical evaluation performed by its artificial intelligence and following international care protocols.
Biphasic Shock
The truncated exponential biphasic waveform technology acts more efficiently in the reversal processes of ventricular fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia, as it allows the use of lower energies, resulting in less myocardial damage after treatment.
Charge Auto Sequencing (CAS)
When enabled, this function allows the user to pre-select energies from 10 to 360 Joules for the first, second, and third shocks, automating the process and saving time while optimizing care in emergency cases, as there is no need for manual selector alteration.
CPR Maestro
The CPR Maestro is an accessory that assists and guides the application of CPR maneuvers, making the process much more ecient and reliable, significantly increasing the chances of reversing cardiac arrest. Its use enables a more eective and consistent performance of CPR, resulting not only in higher patient survival rates but also reducing the occurrence of severe sequelae due to lack of oxygenation.
IRIS Monitoring Central
The IRIS Monitoring Central is a wireless communication solution composed of a reception module and software that can be installed on a PC. With the ability to gather information from up to 16 monitors per receiver, IRIS displays this data in an integrated manner on a single screen, simplifying patient management safely and efficiently. Compatible with InMax and DualM.
IoMT
Instramed’s exclusive IoMT (Internet of Medical Things) technology provides in.Track, an innovative platform that optimizes operational efficiency in healthcare settings. It offers remote monitoring, faster diagnoses, and personalized treatments, in addition to incorporating the remote management of these devices.
With our i.on AEDs, you have total control over your AED fleet: self-test results, communication status, geolocation and tracking with defined perimeter, battery monitoring, maintenance dates, and electrode validity. All this information is accessible via an application or web platform, ensuring safety in care and reducing emergency maintenance costs.
In DualMax, in.Track revolutionizes healthcare, enabling unprecedented remote diagnoses and treatments. During care, monitored parameters are instantly transmitted to the cloud via 4G, to a Medical Center or directly to specialists, ensuring rapid and precise intervention.
i.on Trainer
A version dedicated to training and qualification in CPR and AED use. With an interface identical to the real model, but without applying shocks, it simulates different care scenarios to prepare professionals and laypersons to act correctly in an emergency. It features a touchscreen display and compatibility with the line’s accessories.
One-Button Operation
An exclusive patent of Instramed’s AED, the i.on simplifies its operation through a single button that centralizes the equipment’s main functions, making care agile and intuitive even for laypersons, increasing the chances of saving lives.
Patient selector button
The equipment automatically recognizes the type of paddle connected and limits the charge if pediatric paddles are identified. However, in exceptional situations, this button grants the user autonomy to provide care to pediatric patients using adult paddles, by informing the equipment of this situation so that it limits the charge to 50 J, in accordance with international protocols for pediatric patient care.
Rapid Initialization
Instramed cardioverters, defibrillators, and AEDs are capable of charging loads up to 360 J in less than 6 seconds, ensuring maximum agility in scenarios where every second counts. This speed designates Instramed equipment as the fastest on the market!
Real-Time Check (RTC)
With RTC – Real-Time Check technology, the equipment performs self-diagnosis and provides advance notification if any maintenance action needs to be performed, ensuring it is always available for immediate use. The protocol utilizes dedicated wireless communication, independent of third-party networks and with no limit on the number of devices connected to the system. The reports, which identify the equipment, as well as the date and time of the tests, can be programmed for up to 3 different times, and are made available on the hospital network for access.
Smart Paddles
Instramed equipment paddles identify when pediatric (internal) paddles are activated, automatically limiting charges to 50 J. Additionally, they feature a patient contact indicator, ensuring the quality and efficiency of shock treatment.
Sudden Death Prevention (SDP)
The Sudden Death Prevention (PMS) technology enables the equipment to continuously monitor the patient (via adhesive pads or electrodes) and identify the onset of a Ventricular Fibrillation or Rapid Ventricular Tachycardia episode. In this situation, the equipment activates a visual and audible alarm, alerting the team and allowing the patient to be treated with a shock in a much shorter time, significantly increasing the chances of reversing cardiorespiratory arrest.
Wireless Connection
Wireless connection, through a dedicated network, independent of the institution’s infrastructure. It allows the transmission of received information to HIS systems via the HL7 communication protocol.
